Mammoth Condo Rentals FOR MOUNTAIN LIVING

Once you view a property and would like to apply, please submit your application. The application process can take anywhere from 2-5 days to process. It is very important for you to fill out the application with complete information. Incomplete applications take longer to process and your application may be overlooked for another applicant  who has provided full details.  Every property is individually owned and may or may not allow pets, please check the listing to see if it is pet friendly. The property owner of the unit you apply for will be presented with all applicants and will make the decision as to who will be approved.

• Drive by the property. Will this location work for you?
• Request a tour of the property
• Submit your application online through the listing link below 
• Each applicant over the age of 18 must apply and complete a rental application 
• The application process typically takes 2-5 business days depending on the ease of contacting references. We recommend that you contact your references so they are expecting our call. During this time we will be conducting a credit and background check
• Blizzard will remove the property from the website once we reach 5 qualified applicants and or the owner has chosen an applicant and security deposit has been paid in full
• The security deposit is 1.5 x the market rent. The first months rent must be paid in full and if required utilities to be set up to receive keys on scheduled move-in date
